Inside, a down-alternative fill sits at a mid loft: warm enough to be the only layer through a 65–68°F night, light enough that it never becomes the reason you kick a corner loose at 3am. Box stitching holds the fill in its own cells, so it cannot drift into the corners after the third wash the way a channel-quilted comforter does.
